Temperature Control to Ensure Consistent Molding Operation
The Mould Temperature Controller utilizes state-of-the-art PID microcomputer control for accurate temperature control during the molding process. As an added benefit, it has pump overload protection and low liquid level alarms that are added safety features in enhancing the reliability of the system.
The power switches are CE-certified and the controller has phase reversal alarms, which will ensure safe operation under all conditions. The controller also has multi-fault indicators that will allow the user to identify the problem and address it, ensuring a constant flow of uninterrupted operation.
